The Governments "Pensions Reform" will have a significant impact on all employers, requiring them to "auto enrole"employees into a pension scheme (either through a Qualifying Workplace pension or the Governments NEST arrangement) over the next few years. Employers will have to pay a MINIMUM OF 3% of total earnings into a pension for all eligible employees, who will also be required to contribute themselves.
These requirements start in 2012 and will affect ALL EMPLOYERS irrespective of the size of the workforce. We are ideally positioned to assist companies with this, as we been helping businesses with their pension schemes for many years.
